How do I know which lens is right for the current light conditions?
We offer lenses for all conditions. Our photochromic lenses automatically adjust to changing light, while our high-contrast fixed lenses are categorized by VLT (Visible Light Transmission). Lower VLT percentages are best for bright sun, while higher percentages are designed for low-light and cloudy days.
What is your return policy for goggles and helmets?
We offer a 30-day 'Ride-On' guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your gear after taking it on the mountain, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.
Do Glade goggles fit over prescription glasses?
Yes, many of our models are designed with 'Over the Glass' (OTG) compatibility, featuring specific cutouts in the frame and foam to accommodate most prescription eyewear comfortably.
How should I clean and store my goggles?
Always use the provided microfiber bag to clean the outer lens. Avoid wiping the inner lens when wet, as this can damage the anti-fog coating. Store your goggles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear before a specific trip.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All Glade Optics products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your gear fails due to a production flaw, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
